In this course, students continue to develop their verbal and writing skills, broaden their vocabulary, and deepen their understanding of Spanish-speaking cultures and civilizations. Literary selections, articles, songs, interviews, and films engage students in the study of language and culture. Students are expected to actively engage in discussions, write often, and make presentations entirely in Spanish. In addition to communication skills, we focus on developing presentational speaking, conversational speaking, and writing skills. Students who successfully complete this course may advance to AP Spanish Language and Culture.
