In this course, students deepen and extend their knowledge of and facility with the language and cultures of the Spanish-speaking world. Students reinforce their speaking and listening skills and expand their writing and reading to longer, more complex forms. Every three weeks, we introduce a new theme related to the culture of the Spanish-speaking world. We explore each theme through written materials, audio and video selections, conversation, and short written assignments. By the end of the course, students will be able to express themselves in the present, past, and future tenses with ease. Students who successfully complete this course may advance to Spanish 3.
