In this course, we explore the scientific study of behavior and mental processes as natural phenomena. Through readings, videos, case studies, lively discussions, and a range of projects, students will engage with key concepts and debates. Topics include the biological bases of behavior, sensation and perception, learning and cognition, motivation, developmental psychology, testing and individual differences, treatments of psychological disorders, and social psychology.
