For students who love to learn and love to eat! In this course, we will explore the Spanish language and the diverse cultures of Latin America, with a focus on the distinct cuisine of the region. Students will participate in hands-on kitchen activities, using food as a window to understanding language, history, geography, and cultural traditions.
