In this course, students will learn the basics of the Arabic language as they explore the history and culture of the Arabic world. Every week, hands-on (and delicious!) cooking projects will bring the subject to life, as students “visit” Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the diaspora, and beyond.
